Originally from the Maritimes, Tim moved to Airdrie in 2007. He has had a career of helping people so deciding to help people find their perfect home or sell their home was an easy choice for him to make. Tim provides quality client service, listening to your needs and shares his exceptional sense of humour to help everyone relax in the selling or buying process. Tim owns residential rental properties in Alberta and is invested in the real estate world. He likes spending time with his wonderful wife and young adult children, camping, biking, kayaking, working out, playing tennis and cheering on the Boston Red Sox. Why did you become a realtor?: Buying a home is a major emotional and financial decision and I believe clients need a calm and knowledgeable agent to maneuver the waters with them.
Where do you like to travel?
Where do you like to travel?: I like traveling to hot locations, particularly with a beach! The Caribbean Islands are our favorite places to go. Locally, the mountains, rivers and lakes are beautiful to explore.

What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?: It’s not uncommon for me to have Ben and Jerry’s ice cream for breakfast, lunch and supper!

What is your favourite part of selling real estate?: A home is a key part of an individual’s or families culture. Finding the perfect home is the start of the stories, the shared meals, the holidays, water fights and sleep overs.

What are your favourite books, movies, shows, bands?: I love sports and I am a diehard Red Sox fan. I have been a fan of the Indiana Jones movies since I was a kid. Books on leadership and relationships inspire me.
