Question & Answer

Why did you become a realtor?

I was at a point in my life ready for a change and real estate was always in the back of my mind. I remember in my early 20s, I had interviewed to become a realtor and never ended up pursuing it at that time. And now that I’m a realtor I’m very excited about what I do. And even though I’m as prone as everybody else to laziness, to running out of energy… I just know the things that spring me out of bed in the morning. Every single client I meet has their own unique story, unique challenge that keeps driving me forward. Don’t get me wrong, I also did it to survive, to pay the bills, to have some breathing room, for my family, for my kids,… I could also tell you I did it for a bigger purpose but I’m still working on that  and once I figure that part out, I’ll make sure to share it with you.

Where do you like to Travel?

Anywhere where I can lay back, relax and unwind in a quiet and peaceful setting. A few years ago, I took a trip with my wife to Maui and it was one of the best trips we’ve had. The different beaches, the road to Hanna, the beautiful clear water, it’s a place we both can’t wait to go back to soon.

What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?

When most people first meet me, I come off as intimidating but in all reality I’m a huge softy who can’t say No! Just ask my wife and kids ????????‍

What is your favourite part of selling real estate?

Negotiating and getting the deal done for the client is one of my favourite parts of the process. But also, the challenge with each home, each situation, and the uniqueness of it all. Especially when it comes to property marketing where we make sure it’s all tailored, bespoke and made to order.

What are your favourite books, movies, shows, bands?

Anything that has to do with personal growth and business I’m into it. One of my favourite books is Blue Ocean Strategy and every time I re-read it, I learn something new. Recently and in the past few years I’ve been interested in mindfulness and meditation and learning more about how our thoughts are connected to our future. And the first book that got me started was The Mindful Athlete and then I got into it more with Dr Joe Dispenza’s books like Becoming Supernatural.
