About Alice
Hi, I’m Alice! I was born and raised in Calgary to a real estate investor and a carpenter, having the ideal foundation for selling homes. I have a heart for helping others, which is why I chose to to be a realtor. As a young realtor, I love helping all clients buy and sell homes, but especially young first time home buyers. I am a firm believer that we as humans, are greatly affected by the environment we live in, so my primary purpose with buyers is to find a home, rather than a house. That being said, I take ALL of my buyer’s concerns seriously, including intangible concerns buyer’s may have for example: the spiritual energy of a home. As a Gen Z, I have a powerful asset of growing up with technology, which I apply to marketing online through social media to expose listings right to the buyers’ phones. Technology is our future, and shaping the real estate industry, and a powerful tool which I use to find the right buyer for a seller. As a daughter of a real estate investor, I know buying and selling homes can be stressful, it’s my job to make the process as smooth as possible!
Question & Answer
As a previous saleswoman, and a peer counsellor, I have the hustle mentality as well as a compassion for helping others. My primary purpose in life is to help others, and as a daughter of a real estate investor, I know that buying and selling real estate is stressful. I became a realtor to help other’s go through this process as smoothly as possible, and be able to exercise my hustle mentality and compassion for helping others at the same time.
So far, I’ve traveled to France, England, China, Mexico and the United States and am so grateful to have been able to do so. I look foward to traveling to Thailand, Hawaii, the Maldives and everywhere life brings me!
Despite my long list of allergies and intolerances, I am a big foodie. I love foods from all cultures (and honestly just love eating) and I believe food is something that brings people together!
As mentioned before, what gives me purpose in life is to help others. My favourite part of selling real estate is to help my clients!
An honest answer: I am not a big fan of reading, so I’ve never read fictional books as a hobby. However, I do enjoy reading self help books, and books that helpe me reflect on myself and grow spiritually and emotionally. As for movies my favourites are always changing, but as of right now my favourite movie is the movie Up. And for music, I love all different types of music, including rap, metal, punk, and pop, so it’s impossible for me to choose one artist or band to be my favourite.
