Greg Ganske
Born and raised in Central Alberta, I have over 20 years experience in residential renovations, specializing in windows and doors. Owning a renovation company and rental properties, along with flipping a few homes and volunteering with the Central Alberta Home Builders Association and the Kinsmen Club of Red Deer have all taught me the value of hard work, a positive attitude and the importance of building relationships with people and community. I love living and working in Central Alberta and am excited to help my clients with their residential real estate needs.

Why did you become a realtor?
I wanted a career that could provide a good living while allowing me to work flexible hours and have time for my family and hobbies. I worked in Oil & gas for several years and was away from home for long periods, missing family gatherings, birthdays and holidays.
What is your favourite part of selling real estate?
I am a problem solver by nature and enjoy helping people so it feels very natural to help people buy and sell homes.
Where do you like to Travel?
My family has a home in Southern Mexico where I love to visit in winter during the cold months. Hawaii is wonderful, and I enjoy exploring Canada and the US, especially if it's a road trip. Europe, the Mediterranean and Australia are bucket list items.
What are your favourite books, movies, shows, bands?
I've been enjoying books by Michael Connelly and James Patterson lately.

Favourite Band: Judas Priest (yeah, I know, I'm a dinosaur!)
What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
I have had a fascination with automobiles & motorcycles ever since I can remember.
